About

This is me! Well, a couple of years ago :)

I grew up in Salamanca (Spain), where I studied Advertising and Public Affairs. After that I went to Madrid to learn more about creativity and graphic design at Zink Project School.

I worked as art director in several communication agencies: Ogilvy & Mather, DDB, Leo Burnett and Visual Street.

After that I've been working as freelance designer for Coolshot Films and Todoart, among others.

In this period I decided to explore new possibilities of design appart from advertising. Textile, for instance. That's why in 2015 I started a one year master in textile and surface design at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) Madrid. We learnt to create different illustrations and patterns not only for textile but also for pottery, wallpaper, and many other surfaces. Furthermore we practiced embroidery, serigraphy, and other printing techniques.

Currently I'm working for an advertising company, while I launched my own pattern design brand: MIMO.
